Accredited by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Quality & Compassion LTD has staff to cover different care requirements 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week, to help ensure continuity of care whilst preserving individuals’ right to their chosen lifestyles at home.
Quality & Compassion Ltd is nurse-led. Those in our leadership team are either nurses or social care managers with years of experience within the care sector.
Not only do we understand the clinical issues that affect our clients, we have first-hand experience of caring for patients within the NHS, in care homes and within the community.
Our motto is to always deliver Quality Care in a Compassionate manner.

In 2021, Joyce who was working in CHC, with 10+ years of experience. She looked at the options – rushed, insensitive. She vowed to create something different; a company that protects the client’s physical and emotional needs; providing high quality care with technically skilled staff, but with the compassion you’d want for your own family member.

Our Mission and Vision
Quality & Compassion Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality health care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organisations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified health and hospice agencies, hospitals, nursing homes and supported living facilities).
Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate home care from highly-trained care-givers. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth training so that they can deliver Care to our clients.
At Quality & Compassion Ltd., we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.
